Baker key responsibilities: Prepare a variety of artisanal breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods for our hotels restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining services. Ensure that all baked products are made to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to create innovative and seasonal offerings, aligning with our luxury brand. Manage daily production and ensure a well-stocked selection of baked goods, maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients. Baker Requirements: Proven experience as a Baker, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods. Creativity in developing new recipes and presentations. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure. A strong team player with a positive attitude and dedication to upholding our 5-star standards.
