Job Title: Renewable Energy Sales Executive Location: South East London Salary: £30K to £40K Including attractive bonus scheme Role Overview: My client is looking to expand their sales team and play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for renewable energy solutions from housing developers and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include expanding their client portfolio, generating leads through B2B platforms, LinkedIn, planning portals, and other channels, and supporting the overall sales process. You will help identify opportunities where my client can provide competitive quotations for smart energy packages. This position is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to begin or advance their career in sales within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research). Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up on sales opportunities and work to convert leads into successful sales. Track sales progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) against agreed sales and invoiced targets. Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, understand the competitive landscape, and uncover potential opportunities. Gather and analyse feedback to refine sales strategies and improve offerings. Coordinate with design, estimating, and project management teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales role is a necessity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. High level of motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
