Previous experience as a commis chef, prep chef, kitchen assistant or kitchen porter in a pub, restaurant or hotel would always be helpful. Most importantly we're seeking a Prep Chef who embraces the comforting aromas of home-cooked meals and the joy of creating culinary delights. You'll be helping the chefs by keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, washing pots, loading the dishwasher etc. As well as basic vegetable preparation and plating up starters and desserts.
