Building Services Manager Are you an experienced Building Services Manager, or may have a solid background working as an M&E Project Manager for Tier 1 Contractors that would potentially be open to have a chat about an opportunity to work for an established Main Contractor operating in the Cambridgeshire area? Who requires a Building Services Manager? We are working with an established Main Contractor who are putting their stamp on the market with the size of projects they are delivering as we speak. A business that offers support and guidance for each individual candidates progression paths, competitive salaries across the board, a very generous annual leave entitlement and a vibrant working culture on sites and head office. Role and reason for the Building Services Manager? The pipeline of work that the business have been awarded is very solid, and will need the correct people to join the business to go on to deliver these schemes. This particular candidate will be managing design, delivery, commissioning and the handover process of all aspects of Building Services in a construction environment. Working very closely with pre-construction and commercial teams and will be a very client facing role in terms of regularly hosting meetings for clients and sub-contractors.
