Working closely with Head of Proposals and allocated operational teams on specific ITT/ PQQs and tenders with all aspects of the technical bid writing. Produce high quality responses to ITT/ PQQs and tenders ensuring it is bespoke to the client and the project and score highly against the given criteria. Ensuring all written content is tailored to the client's bid, to meet the client’s requirements and differentiate from the competition. Have the ability to work as a team suggesting changes to add value to the bid. Coordinating with project teams to prepare winning responses on all technical aspects of the ITT/ PQQ and tender. Identifying winning bid themes Develop and maintain relationships with technical teams Dissecting questions and producing answers to maximise information to be extracted from team members. Identifying and re-working existing pre-written content to produce bespoke responses. Maintaining existing bid library to ensure high-quality templates. * Previous experience ideally within FIT Out/ Construction industry. * Looking for Education & qualifications similar to APMP ( writing accreditation) association of proposals management professionals. *Evidence of working to deadlines, multi-tasking and excelling under pressure. *Ability to proof-read written works, suggesting changes to add value. *You will be expected to work individually and as part of the team
