Location: The Boulevard - Banbridge Salary: £12 per hour Hours: Flexible between 9am - 9pm (Mon-Fri) & 9am - 6pm (Weekends) Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week Join our dynamic team at The Boulevard and help us exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and actively sell to meet sales targets. Maintain product knowledge and ensure store standards are upheld. Assist with stock accuracy and conduct audits as needed. Safeguard company cash, stock, and equipment, adhering to health and safety policies. Requirements: Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations. Previous experience working within retail. Team player with strong communication skills.
