Chief Operations Officer

Permanent Salary up to £90,000 per annum 40 hours per week Key responsibilities: Oversee the logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise the supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency. Ensuring compliance and food safety regulations are being met throughout the supply chain. Analysing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement the required actions. Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment of goals. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Lead, train and develop the operations team, to maximise performance. Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
