Requirements: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent). Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant, ideally within a KS2 setting. Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support students and collaborate with staff. Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
