Behaviour Support Worker

Behaviour Support Worker - Bury Prospero Teaching are looking for a calm and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils in an excellent secondary school near Bury. You will be working with students in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis. This is to support pupils who have been taken out of mainstream lessons due to challenging behaviour. You don't necessarily need to have school-based experience, sports graduates, sports coaches, youth workers and care workers are also welcome to apply also. We are seeking passionate individuals that have a desire for supporting children with challenging behaviour that may have experienced early life trauma.
