Behaviour Mentor - Haringey - £90 per day - Full-time (Monday to Friday) Start Date: ASAP | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Behaviour Mentor - Role Overview A Primary School in Haringey is looking for a motivated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will: * Support children who experience behavioural challenges, helping them to engage positively with their learning. * Implement tailored strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. * Work one-on-one and in small groups with students, providing mentorship and guidance to help them overcome barriers to learning. * Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a consistent approach in managing behaviour and promoting a supportive environment. * Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and senior staff on the impact of interventions. Key Requirements: To succeed as a Behaviour Mentor, you will need: * Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural needs or emotional difficulties. * The ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents. * A patient, understanding, and flexible approach, with a passion for making a difference in students' lives. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
