Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor with Utilities experience to oversee our team and ensure the smooth operation of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to supervise and manage a diverse workforce. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on-site while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations and manage the workflow of the team to meet project deadlines. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members. * Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met. * Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering their professional development. * Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues that arise. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site. * Resolve conflicts and provide support to team members as needed. Requirements * Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction and have experience in utilities. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry. * Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. * A solid understanding of project management principles is advantageous. * Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
