Talent Acquisition Partner

CK Group are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company, based at their site in either Paddington or Wrexham on a hybrid basis.  Contract duration: To start ASAP to the 31/01/25. Rate: £28.20-£30.77 per hour. Talent Acquisition Partner Role: Work with a team to develop and execute programs, strategies, and tactics to ensure that our client is positionedas a premier employer to continuously attract and build a pipeline of top talent. Develop and execute a broad range of planned, innovative, and effective sourcing strategies to generate astrong and diverse candidate flow. Manage vendor contracts/relationships with all relevant job posting sites – establish preferred supplierstrategy to ensure optimal vendor performance and appropriate pricing. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base. Develop key relationships with hiring managers, senior management, HRBPs, and other stakeholders toeffectively consult, collaborate and deliver on the hiring strategy. Your Background: Preferred: University degree in HR or related discipline. Required: CIPD Qualification or equivalent. 2+ years of recruiting experience within the biopharma/life science industry. Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems. 2+ years of experience working as a full cycle recruiter.  Company: Our client is improving people's lives and health outcomes by focusing on areas of high unmet medical need.  Location: This is a hybrid role with 60% attendance at either the Wrexham or Paddington site.
