Please note this is a full-time position, ideal for those passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact every day.Responsibilities: Assist teachers in the implementation of activities and lesson plans, ensuring smooth and engaging classroom experiences.Provide targeted support to individuals or groups of students across various subjects, catering to their specific learning needs.Offer assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN), adapting materials and activities to accommodate individual requirements.Supervise students diligently, maintaining a safe and focused learning environment at all times.Foster a sense of unity and positivity within the classroom, promoting collaboration and mutual respect among students.Support teachers in assessing student progress, providing valuable insights to aid in educational planning and development. Requirements: Demonstrated experience working with children or in an educational setting, showcasing your commitment to student success.Passion for helping students, particularly those with SEN, and a desire to make a positive impact on their learning journey.Strong teamworking skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, support staff, and students alike.Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant qualification in education or child development is advantageous.Resilience is key in this role, as you navigate various challenges and adapt to the needs of different students.
