Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Gold Card Demolition Supervisor to oversee various demolition projects in Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site demolition activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining industry standards for efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage demolition operations, enforcing strict health and safety standards.
Coordinate with site personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
Implement site-specific safety procedures, conducting risk assessments as needed.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor adherence to project plans and timelines.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, site conditions, and any incidents.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide progress updates.
Requirements:
Valid CCDO Gold Card.
Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within the demolition sector.
Effective team leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
