FRENCH SELECTION (FS) French speaking Group Events and Tours Organiser Location: London Hybrid work 3 days a week in the office Salary: around £27,000 per annum Ref: 5447F To apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection website, go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 5447F The company: An international travel solutions provider The role: Providing exceptional events and tours organisation services to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK and Ireland Main duties: - Provide a high level customer experience to all clients - Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly - Respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner - Issue competitive and comprehensive quotations - Gain continuous knowledge of group requirements and offers - Introduce the company's services to potential users The Candidate: - Excellent command of English - Fluency in French is a must - Experience working with a tour operator or similar service provider - Experience in events organisation, booking agency, or working for a travel organisation - Good knowledge of the United Kingdom as a destination - Experience working in fast paced environments - Positive, problem solver, confident and dynamic personality - Good team player and excellent communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and IT literate The salary: around £27,000 per annum plus bonus French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
