Position: Field Sales Representative
Location: Covering Oxfordshire
Salary: cir £30,000 + commission/bonuses

If you are confident, outgoing, and ambitious, this could be the perfect fit for you. This field-based role primarily involves servicing existing customer base and cultivating new business opportunities using their tried-and-tested soft-selling approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities using our proven sales structure and process.
Generate leads and acquire new clients within the designated territory.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry-related activities to enhance the company's visibility.
Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.
Service current customer base and seek to increase the Brands reach within existing accounts.
Complete daily administrative tasks, including updating customer information and responding to inquiries promptly.

Minimum Requirements:
Clean driver's license
3+ years of sales experience
Computer literate, familiarity with MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is advantageous
