About the Role:We are seeking a reliable and diligent Gateman/Traffic Marshall to join our team in Nottingham. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and safe flow of traffic on our construction site. Key Responsibilities:

• Traffic Management:
  Direct and control the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the site.
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure all vehicles and personnel comply with site safety regulations.
• Access Control:
  Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
• Communication:
  Liaise with site management and other team members to coordinate vehicle movements.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records of all vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the site.

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
