Deputy Manager Clinical

A super opportunity for an experienced clinical lead or deputy manager with excellent clinical skills and experience of working in a care home has arisen. If you are are a deputy manager with a current PIN or an ambitious senior clinical lead this is the role for you. The home is a stunning Good rated purpose built medium sized nursing, residential and dementia care home that is part of a growing and well regarded care home group The home is a luxury home with amazing facilities for the residents including a hair salon, bistro , cinema with a focus on dementia care The ideal candidate will be a personable and hands on manager who is passionate about delivering best practice and be someone who is looking to join a hardworking and friendly team. You will be working some supernumerary hours 40 hours per week You will support and deputise for the Home Manager and you will provide inspiring leadership to your colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care. You will be a confident nurse and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills. My client is a very well regarded and growing care home group that is expanding and there are superb opportunities to grow and develop You will be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a current PIN and experience in a residential care home setting. Based in the UK with the right to work , you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools.
