Field Sales Support| Kent, Sussex, Surrey, South London - Field based | Full Time - Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm | Starting Salary £27,000

They partner with motor manufacturers, accident management companies, and other key industry players to explore and seize opportunities in existing and new markets.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Support professional to join their team. In this field based role, you will be the vital link between our clients Sales Team and their valued customers, helping to drive sales activity and ensuring customers receive the best service possible.

From managing orders on a tablet to supporting sales promotions and identifying new business opportunities, youll be instrumental in helping the branches thrive. For the ideal candidate, you can expect an excellent package including a company car and comprehensive staff benefits.

Experience in sales support, stock management, or automotive sectors would be a plus. A full UK license is essential, as our client provides a company car.

What will your role look like?

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers placing weekly orders via a tablet
  • Promote weekly sales offers and assist in branch promotions to boost sales
  • Identify competitor products and provide customers with a tailored solution
  • Support new customer installations by setting up stock management systems and ensuring proper stock rotation
  • Provide regular, clear communication to staff and customers to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Report any new leads or opportunities to the sales, branch, or equipment teams
  • Uphold the professional image of Morelli Group at all times and ensure confidentiality is maintained regarding sales and sensitive information
  • Achieve personal goals and expectations set annually
