Caretaker - Brent Cross

Caretaker Vacancy - NW2 We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to work with one of our clients in Brent cross - NW2 This is a hands-on role focused primarily on cleaning and basic maintenance, with an emphasis on safe working practices. This role is Temp-Perm. Job Details: Location: Brent - NW2 Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Total Hours: 35 hours per week Pay Rate: £15.84 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) Main Responsibilities: General cleaning and maintenance tasks Picking up leaves in winter, sweeping roads, and other external cleaning duties Keeping repair logs and completing basic outdoor tasks, especially on Thursdays and Fridays Working alongside another caretaker, requiring good teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) is beneficial to ensure safe handling of cleaning products Basic IT skills (sending emails and logging repairs) Additional Information: This is an ongoing role with the potential to become permanent.
