They are seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with strong skills in Microsoft 365 and an understanding of Azure. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support for client issues, particularly across the M365 stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). Assist with Azure environment troubleshooting and configuration. Collaborate with 3rd line support when necessary. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to service improvements. Act as the escalation point for 1st line engineers.Key Requirements: Proven 2nd Line IT Support experience. Expertise with M365 technologies and a solid understanding of Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users. A team player with a positive attitude.
