We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Assistant Merchandiser with a passion for lingerie & swimwear to join our small friendly team and embrace the opportunity to make a real difference in our business. About the Role: As Assistant Merchandiser, you will be working within the merchandising team and alongside our buying and design teams to help plan and deliver our internal brand ranges of D-K cup lingerie and swimwear. Reporting into the Senior Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include: Reviewing weekly trading performance to provide insights and propose actions, at style and category level WSSI management to ensure stock levels meet the business demands, and identifying OTB and stock concerns Managing stock inventory including pricing suggestions, and working with the Senior Merchandiser to hit stock and margin targets Forecasting sales and buys by line to hit category budgets Maintaining availability of continuity product across all channels Managing intake, and ensuring order deadlines and launch dates are met Producing insights and analysis to support trading and planning decisions for both Ecom and Wholesale Supporting and developing the MAA About You: Currently in an Assistant Merchandiser role, within fashion retail Experience in forecasting and managing a WSSI Strong analytical and data analysis skills Excellent Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems Can demonstrate experience in managing continuity stock Ability to work collaboratively within a small team Accuracy and attention to detail Enthusiasm for improving and developing our B&M processes Desirable but not essential: Experience in managing a high number of sizes and/or managing stock for wholesale Knowledge of NetSuite and Shopify reporting What we offer: £30k Salary Remote/Hybrid working (but within a reasonable commutable distance to Uxbridge) Company auto-enrol pension scheme Medicash Employee Assistance Programme from your first day (Includes GP Appointments and Prescription Services, Health and Wellbeing Support, Digital Physiotherapy) Health Care Scheme (with AXA, after 2 years’ service) Generously discounted lingerie Annual leave starting at 20 days that increases each year to a maximum of 25 days.
