Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead our UK & Africa operations.
- This role is pivotal in driving our mission to unleash the digital potential of sustainable and meaningful industries through cutting-edge cloud solutions and world-class consulting services.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of over 70 talented employees.
- Define and execute strategic priorities to drive company growth.
- Align the company's direction with Cegal's overall strategy.
- Ensure financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Grow revenue and profitability with new and existing customers in the region.
- Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement talent and people strategies to support company growth objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
