The property has a modern British restaurant. Menus are built around fresh, locally sourced (organic where possible) modern British ingredients. Food emphasises non-fussy and non-complicated home-cooked food, prepared and presented to the very best standards. Everything ismade on-site from scratch from bread and up. We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has previous experience working in high-quality fresh food kitchens, and someone with a love and passion for working with great food. A great opportunity to work with great food, learn and progress. Salary & Package Package worth £38,000+ Basic salary of between £30,000 and £33,000 (depending on your experience) plus aservice charge of £6,000+ per year + cash tips). Private live-in accommodation is available at a small cost of £125 per month.
