Warehouse Operative Quality Control

Siamo Recruitment is currently looking for a quality controller/goods in reciever to start immediately at their client's site in Corby, NN18. Shift pattern: FULL TIME Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm Rate: £11.62 per hour Overtime: £17.43 per hour Duties: Inspect incoming goods: Thoroughly examine incoming materials and products for quality, quantity, and damage. Verify documentation: Ensure that all accompanying documentation, such as purchase orders and invoices, is accurate and complete. Update inventory records: Maintain accurate inventory records by updating the system with information about incoming goods. Identify and report defects: Report any quality defects or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor. Handle non-conforming goods: Follow established procedures for handling non-conforming goods, including quarantining and returning them to suppliers. Maintain a clean and organized work area: Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
