Regional Manager - North Warrington, Coventry or Castleford - You can choose your main office Mon - Fri , Travel across sites £76K per annum + Company Vehicle + 15% Performance-based bonus GiPro is delighted in assisting one of the most well-established global supply chain business in finding their next Regional Manager. We are looking for an excellent people management skills with successful background in multisite management. This role will oversee three sites across the North, namely in Coventry, Warrington and Castleford with 3 direct reports and a total of 200 staff. You can pick any of those sites as your main office. The ideal candidate would come from a similar multisite management role within a fast-paced and dynamic operation. Key Responsibilities: Manage & develop the Site Management team, working with the Director, Service Centre Operations Europe to implement the strategic vision for the sites. Support the Site Managers in planning and delivering key initiatives to improve team performance. Assisting with operation deep dives on specific issues (e.g., performance gaps). Leverage date, feedback, and other inspection mechanisms to understand the needs and specific opportunities for operational improvements. Identify and prioritise performance gaps at the sites (e.g. cost, policy, workforce management), providing recommendations on performance improvement strategies. Clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders including ongoing project status reports as well as capturing requirements from various stakeholders. Be the focal Senior Manager in the UK when the Director of Service centre operations is oversea' s or absent. Ensure their personal development supports the succession plan both upwards and downwards. Report on how well the measures have been achieved ie. FTE Turnover, Annual BRC Audit, Near Misses, NSF and Zero Harm Audit, Site Productivity, Annual Cost Savings and more.Decision making/authority: Liaise with the company on customer related topic's - Service issues and Quality concerns. Working autonomously or having a disrupted level of line manager support with differing location and/or time zones Working in a matrix environment Purchasing decisions, Approve Purchase Requisitions (Level to be defined) People decisions such as hiring, firing, Succession planning all in line with the strategic plan.About you: 15+ years operations experience within a warehouse setting 7-10 years in management both direct and matrix environment Bachelor's degree in operations or logistics Direct management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics environment Performance metrics, process improvement and lean methodology Full employment life cycle - recruitment, performance management, terminations If you are interested in this role please apply now and Martin Pavlov will process your application.
