Private Sector Housing Officer role in Kent!👮 🚨 One of my long-standing clients in Kent are looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team for an initial 3-month contract - with a chance for extension! 🎯 Role Details: 🏡2 days/week in the office 🏡Carrying out HMO inspections under The Housing Act 2004 🏡 Responsible for serving civil penalties and attending Tribunal and Courts Services when required. 🗓️ Interview Date: Friday, 4th of October. Interesting fact about Kent? It's where the first white road lines in the UK were painted!
