HR Advisor
Location: Doncaster (Flexible working options available)
Contract: 6-8 week placement,
Hours 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, 1-3 days in the office - Tuesday non-negotiable
Salary: £18.10ph
Multitask Personnel are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our clients HR and OD department. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role is crucial in supporting the delivery of their People Strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you ll play a vital role in employee relations, policy interpretation, and supporting various HR projects including recruitment, reward initiatives, and organisational changes like TUPE and redundancies.
The role:
- Mainly ER and absence management casework, more of a generalist role
- 1-3 days in the office (Tuesday non-negotiable)
- Assist in the preparation of document bundles for hearings and tribunals.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
About You:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR Management and CIPD Associate membership.
- Previous HR Advisor experience
- Experience in employee relations case management.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and ICT systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with competing priorities.
- Driving licence and own vehicle required
