Dynamic Sales Development Representative for Leading Tech Company 25-35K OTE My client, an international provider of Software Solutions to Blue Chip organisations is searching for a talented Sales Development Representative with a demonstrable sales track record . This business has recently hired a well respected Sales Director to head up the team. This role is ideal for someone who lives for the thrill of a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with outbound prospecting. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, creating new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies. My client are looking for someone who understands the full sales cycle and can nurture leads into qualified leads. As part of the role, you will work closely with a supportive and collaborative sales and marketing team, receiving hands-on training and opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calls, and email campaigns. Conduct online demos, phone presentations, and communicate effectively with decision-makers. Utilise CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring a consistent flow of prospects into the pipeline. Develop creative strategies to target and engage potential customers. Contribute to sales meetings booked and revenue generation. What You’ll Need: At least 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales enablement platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with cold-calling and outreach.
