Quality Inspector

General Description: Ensure incoming materials meet the required specifications and standards through examination and precise measurement tools. Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control. Main Duties: * Conduct the goods inwards inspections for incoming materials as per the defined daily list. * Utilizing various measurement tools such as callipers, micrometres, and electronic inspection equipment to measure product dimensions. * Monitor and maintain the quality inspection dashboard and the moulding inspection log. * Communicate identified defects promptly to internal and external stakeholders and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution. * Develop effective processes to optimise the inspection process and enhance product quality assurance. Qualifications and Experience: * Minimum of 2 years experience as a quality inspector in the manufacturing sector. * Certification in quality control is preferred. * Strong dimensional analysis skills with the ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems Please note: Only candidates with the relevant skills and experience will be contacted regarding this position.
