Mobile Electrical Engineer

Are you an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge? I am working with a facilities management company who are looking to add a Mobile Electrical Engineer to their team. The company specialise in PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings. This role is a field based position and will be covering the Edinburgh, Galashiels, Perth, Dundee and Kirkcaldy areas. About the role of Mobile Electrical Engineer: My client work mainly on commercial buildings such as high street retailers and banks. You will be tasked with attending around 4 sites a day to carry out repairs or maintenance within the buildings which will include PPM and reactive work. Responsibilities for Mobile Electrical Engineer: You will be upgrading and installing systems, along with carrying out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding Complete necessary paperwork and submit within a set time scale Complete certification and identify any remedial work that needs to be completed Use hand held technology effectively Requirements of a Mobile Electrical Engineer: The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 (ideally 3) or equivalent in Electrical Installation Have experience as a mobile electrical engineer or experience as a domestic electrical engineer and be willing to be up-skilled.
