ICT Delivery Manager Job type: Full time / Fixed Time Contract end date- 19-12-2025 Hours: 40 hours (including 5 hours paid lunch breaks) Salary: £40,000 per annum  Location: Edmund House, Birmingham (with only occasional travel to Nacro or partner sites.)   We are a national social justice charity with more than 50 years’ experience of changing lives, building stronger communities, and reducing crime. Who are we looking for: We are seeking an experienced ICT Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of ICT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of ICT services. Essential requirement for the role: Good written and verbal business skills. Experience working with ICT suppliers in an outsourced environment. Ability to prioritise, deliver to agreed deadlines and manage expectations. Conversant with ICT Service Desk ticketing software.  Appreciation of project management methodologies. Working knowledge of project and service delivery  frameworks, with reference to project management  and change control. Ability to triage and monitor issues through to completion. Understanding of ICT related data legislation. Knowledge of quality management and improvement approaches.  .Evidence of successfully implementing complex ICT projects. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:   Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage existing ICT workstreams. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. Monitor financial aspects of projects, ensuring the correct charges are being paid such as those for telecoms services and software licencing.   Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports. Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and ICT delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
