Our careers are as unique as you are. We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to play a critical role in selling Evri's core products and services to high volume clients on a national basis. You'll manage your own self-sourced portfolio focussing on large clients with circa 250k – 1 million parcel volume per annum and liaising with Operational and Client Development teams to ensure effective onboarding and hand over into BAU. You will be accountable for: Achieving stretch sales targets of our core products and services based on volume, revenue and profit Self-sourcing and qualifying potential new clients or new channels to use both Evri Domestic and International delivery & returns services. Onboarding new business Corporate clients to generate parcel volume, revenue and profit to meet stretching sales targets. Maintaining a thorough understanding of your own portfolio of clients including the management of an accurate Live, In Discussion & Prospect pipeline through CRM to ensure a consistent approach. Building and strengthening long-lasting mutually beneficial trading relationships with all prospects and clients. Ensuring the correct internal departments are aware and engaged with your pipeline and active during implementation to secure smooth transition from existing service providers in line with capacity planning Building client forecast for an initial period to influence the operational planning strategy for all new business Managing all new business clients during an effective ‘nursery period' before formally handing over to a Client Manager. To be successful in this role you will require the following… Sound knowledge of the parcel distribution / ecommerce sectors Evidenced performance of achieving challenging sales targets Experience working in a New Business team Experience or desire to operate on a National basis with no limitations to the prospecting areas available. Experience of operational cost, commercial profitability and P&L understanding Articulate and comfortable when dealing with the people at all levels, with much emphasis placed on verbal communication Strong and confident relationship builder with both internal and external contacts Ability to work on your own initiative, be self-motivated, often working some unsociable hours, which will include extensive travel Ability to work to tight timescales, under pressure and at pace UK Driving Licence is essential A relevant sales or operational logistics qualifications and/or accreditation would be advantageous Why Work Here?
