The sky is truly the limits at this school, as they offer fantastic CPD and progression, which in turn will give you the tools and confidence to succeed in your career. ** SEN Learning Support Assistant ** Waltham Forest, London ** Immediate start ** Long term ** Permanent contract to be offered for the right candidates ** £83.33 - £110 per day ** Excellent CPD and progression ** Supportive SLT ** Onsite parking Your role and responsibilities: ** Supporting children with mild to moderate SEN including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Delay, Communication and Social interaction issues, mild behaviour issues. ** Working with small groups of children on a 1:1 basis to ensure progression in their learning. ** Provide a calm and interactive approach to ensure children feel motivated during lessons. ** Promote progression and celebrate the small wins, so that children feel motivated at all times.
