Plumber/ Multi Trader

Multi-Trader (Aftercare Maintenance)  West London and surrounding area. O’Neill and Brennan is currently recruiting for a Plumber/ Multi-Trader to work on a variety of projects within existing properties across West, SW and NW London. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday. Transport will be provided. Duties: Engaging in the evaluation and execution of various construction and maintenance tasks within customer properties Utilizing a combination of manual and powered tools to accomplish a diverse array of tasks Working within a team or autonomously to complete allocated tasks Effectively addressing and resolving all scheduled defects as communicated by the Aftercare Manager and Supervisor To be successful the candidate must have: Proven track record as a Multi-Trader or similar Full driving licence Experience driving a van around London A keen eye for detail Must have your own Tools to complete tasks Good communicator, capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems If you’re interested in this position, please call our team on (phone number removed).
