ICT Network Co-ordinator

Regional IT Coordinator Rotherham – Site based, Mon - Fri £Elevation IT are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Regional IT Coordinator to oversee and coordinate IT services across our key clients UK sites. This role is perfect for someone with a hands-on technical/Infrastructure background who is looking to transition into a coordination role, managing third-party IT support providers and ensuring smooth IT operations across all sites. Act as the primary point of contact for external IT service providers, managing relationships, SLAs, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Oversee the regional IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are running efficiently, and coordinating necessary upgrades or repairs with vendors. Provide input and oversight on technical projects, leveraging your hands-on experience to ensure third-party solutions align with company needs and industry best practices. Coordinate and manage regional IT projects, such as system upgrades, installations, and migrations, in collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Track and monitor IT service performance, including regular audits of vendor-provided services to ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs. Liaise between regional users and third-party vendors to ensure users are receiving high-quality IT support, with minimal downtime. Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT systems, third-party contracts, service agreements, and operational procedures. Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Experience in managing third-party vendors or service providers in an IT capacity, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Familiarity with troubleshooting common technical issues, especially in Windows, macOS, and networking/infrastructure environments. Strong project management abilities with experience in coordinating IT initiatives across multiple locations. Willingness to travel within the region as needed to ensure effective coordination of IT services.
