We are actively seeking a Civil litigation Solicitor to take on an existing caseload while actively seeking new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality legal advice and representation for our clients with minimal supervision. Main responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to: * Landlord and tenant disputes. * Contentious Probate matters. * Commercial contracts and business disputes. * Partnership disputes. * Professional negligence. * Property, building and boundary disputes. * Debt claims. * Required qualifications, skills and experience. The ideal candidate will: * Be enthusiastic and hardworking. * Be proactive and have an aptitude for business development. * Have a suitable professional qualification. * Have a proven track record of effectively running own caseload. * Be able to work accurately, prioritise work and adhere to critical deadlines. * Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. * Have In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the areas of responsibility. * Have strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills to effectively represent clients and engage with opposing parties. * Be computer literate. This is a full-time role working 9am to 5.15pm in our Chichester office. We are offering a competitive salary to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and ability
