We are seeking an experienced Interim Sous Chef to join a fantastic modern British restaurant in London. About the Role: Step into a key leadership position, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional modern British cuisine. Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Manage daily kitchen operations, including menu development and team supervision. Assist in overseeing a talented team of chefs in a high-volume, rosette-level dining environment. Temporary, prorated contract with a competitive salary of £50k. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar Sous Chef role, preferably within a rosette or fine dining restaurant. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team. A passion for British cuisine with a creative approach to modern dishes.
