Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing company specialising in structural steel projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within the structural steel sector, and be proficient in using Strumis software. Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial aspects of multiple structural steel projects Ensure cost control and budget management across all project stages Prepare valuations, final accounts, and sub-contractor management Conduct regular site visits (1 day per week) to monitor project progress Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure successful project deliveryRequirements: 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably within structural steel Proficiency in using Strumis software Strong understanding of contracts, valuations, and financial management Ability to travel to various sites around London as needed Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBenefits: Competitive salary (£70,000 - £80,000 per year) Hybrid working model (2 days from home, 1 day on-site) Opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects in the structural steel industry Career progression within a growing companyIf you are a skilled Senior QS with experience in structural steel and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
