Salesforce Product Owner

I am currently working with a well-known enterprise company that is looking to roll out a full greenfield implementation of Salesforce. They currently have a development team but lack a Salesforce Product Owner to oversee the strategy and roadmap and equally get hands-on with the system's configuration. I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Product Owner, you will be the key person between the stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that Salesforce alligns with the business goals and deliver maximum value. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and features. Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized based on business value and stakeholder feedback. Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related queries and initiatives. Work closely with developers and UX/UI designers to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Analyse user feedback and data to inform product decisions and enhancements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, particularly within Salesforce ecosystems. Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and related technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus. You must be able to get into the London office 2-3 times a week Salary range is £65k - £70k *This role doesn't offer visa sponsorship*
