This role is based in our Willerby office, HU10 6DN 5 days a week. Here’s why you’ll love this role… - Management of internal inbox and CRM system - Assist in maximizing all sales opportunities, identifying sales leads in CRM and checking eligibility - Provide support to ensure smooth customer handling across teams.. - Following set procedures to ensure customers are processed efficiently and accurately - Assist in reducing customer cancelation figures e.g., Contacting Customers Here’s why you’ll be great in this role… - Work experience in an admin or similar role. - Understanding of the sales process and life cycle. - Strong communication skills. - Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel. - Ability to work to deadlines.
