We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join a Premium Women’s Ready-to-Wear Brand that has embodied French elegance for over 40 years. As a Supervisor, you will be a key link between management and stylists, driving exceptional customer service and sales performance. Your role will be to inspire and coach the team, ensuring high standards in customer engagement, product knowledge, and store operations. You will also ensure sales targets (KPIs) are consistently met and the store’s appearance remains impeccable. Key Responsibilities: * Maximize sales opportunities by motivating and leading the team. * Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and store housekeeping. * Ensure clear communication and professionalism across the team at all times. * Assist in training and evaluating employee productivity and performance. * Uphold quality, customer service, and health and safety standards. * Provide support to management where needed
