Your new role
Working as a Receptionist / Administrator, you will be responsible for the following
Complete all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently• Offer outstanding customer service
• Contribute fully to the team and the team goals
• Ensure compliance with all operational control standards
Key Accountabilities• Greeting and welcoming customers in addition to supporting the customer's journey throughout the centre right through to a thorough checkout
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing local mailbox and emails
• Proactive in maintaining a well presented reception and waiting areas
• Ensuring customer reports are dispatched from centres within the desired
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have strong customer service and administrative skills, and previous experience of working in an administrative or reception-based role is essential.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The hourly rate is £12.00 - £13.00 per hour. The role is to start immediately. Role is based in Cardiff Gate, there is parking on site. Please note, as part of the onboarding, a DBS will be completed as part of the checks.
