Come and join our expanding Sizewell C team and work on one of the most exciting and largest megaprojects in the UK, whilst being at the forefront of the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy.  Following on from the success of Hinkley Point C, the Sizewell C Project is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk, which has obtained planning approval and Government financing support. The project has started construction and is now seeking private investment. When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, which along with renewables, will support Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050.  We are looking for dynamic and experienced Project Managers to deliver engineering and procurement workstreams within the MEH (Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC) sector of the Nuclear Island (NI).  For the Nuclear Island (NI) each Project Manager is part of the team focused on delivery of a group of system(s), building(s) & contracts within the NI programme.  As a Project Manager, your primary focus will be driving contract and package delivery, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and aligned with both business objectives and technical specifications.    The Role   As a Project Manager you will own the end-to-end responsibility for delivering a clearly defined scope of procurement and engineering activities. Your role will involve managing high-value (£100m) equipment and bulk material supply contracts, along with the associated engineering activities, ensuring each aspect aligns with the strategic needs of the Sizewell C project.  You'll lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring they contribute effectively to the successful delivery of each contract and area of scope. Leadership will be critical in driving these projects forward, ensuring they are executed safely, on time and within budget, to support the continued success of delivering Sizewell C.  This is your opportunity to take charge, influence outcomes, and make a tangible impact on major contracts that are key to the project’s success.   The Skills   You should bring hands-on experience in managing and administering NEC3/4 contracts, particularly from the Employer's side.
