The Business Applications team is currently hiring for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect. They will work closely with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, oversee, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement applications. Advise clients on how Microsoft Dynamics fits their environment, infrastructure, functional needs, and compliance requirements Lead the architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, Marketing solutions, Power Platform, and Field Services Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, end-users, and functional leads to ensure the architecture meets project needs, including integration with third-party systems Provide guidance to Dynamics functional and technical teams on project design Assist the Delivery Lead in planning and executing solution implementations Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) as a Technical Consultant or Architect, with a track record of successful implementations in complex customer service engagements Expertise in data integration and migration, with experience in onsite/offshore delivery models and frameworks such as MVC and Entity Framework Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or later, with experience in SSRS and FetchXML custom reporting NET Framework 4.5+ and WCF/Web API Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL) Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, and Portal Agile methodology certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales - MB-210)
