Front Office Investment Analytics

A global leading, top tier Asset Manager is looking to grow their Front Office team with a conscientious and hard-working Investment Analytics Specialist. Responsibilities : Analyse Equity and Fixed Income analytics preceding portfolio decision making. Interact with Fund Managers & Traders on a daily basis, influencing why decisions should be made in relation to investment data. Utilise existing operational and data-driven skillset with Front Office as the client. Carry out daily portfolio adjustment in proportion with Benchmark index changes to ensure position accuracy, minimised risk and cash balance are validated ahead of market open. Lead quarterly portfolio rebalancing to determine final trade list, using Python/SQL (Data wrangling, extraction, cleaning & standardizing). Support the team to lead the market/index/reference data strategy for the group. Carry out exploratory data research experience based on ad-hoc request and market driven events. Required: Undergraduate degree (ideally in a related field). A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Desirable : Exposure to portfolio rebalances, benchmark index changes, and front office support Fixed income and equities asset class knowledge Working proficiency in VBA, SQL and/or Python.
