Clinical Practice Development Nurse Salary: £55,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Location: Waterlooville, Southampton Hours: 40, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm HCR are working in partnership with a continuous award-winning healthcare provider who are specialists in providing bespoke care for people with Neurological Conditions, Mental Health, Complex care, Dementia care and behaviours that may challenge. We are seeking a self-sufficient motivated Clinical Practice Development Nurse to join the Quality & Compliance team, focusing on clinical outcomes and best practices. Clinical Practice Development Nurse Duties: The Clinical Practice Development Nurse will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of care, compliance and best practice standards. Clinical Practice Development Nurse will work closely with the management team across the homes to ensure care plans are being tailored to the individual needs of the resident. To provide clinical guidance through clinical groups supervisions supporting the team where necessary. To develop and support the nurses with clinical skills and re-validation The Clinical Practice undertake investigations.
