As a
Psychology Graduate
in Redbridge, you’ll work within a large and inclusive school where behaviour management is crucial. This role involves providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, focusing on students’ progress and attainment. You'll collaborate closely with the SEN team and be confident in leading support sessions to help students succeed.
Essential Requirements:
A 1:1 or 2:1
Psychology Degree
from a leading UK university Previous child-based experience, especially with SEN Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in managing behaviour Specific Responsibilities:
Support students across various subjects in Years 7-13 Focus on boosting progress and attainment Collaborate effectively with the SEN team to address diverse learning needs Contract & Pay:
