Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager  I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join a leading drinks manufacturing business, one who are known for innovative products and strong market presence. Key responsibilities include:  Manage and lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, inventory management, and financial objectives. Manage, lead and develop cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. Ensure optimal inventory levels across the supply chain, balancing cost control with product availability. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain and planning processes, ensuring contingency plans are in place. Develop professional relationships with all key stakeholders to support and drive operational performance. Manage and deliver customer service level agreements. Successful candidate: Experience in S&OP, demand planning, or end-to-end supply chain management. Proven track record of successful leadership and team management. Proficiency in ERP systems and forecasting tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
