What You Will Do: Lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely and successful product delivery. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in alignment with strategic goals and financial targets. Facilitate key stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and issue resolution sessions to maintain project momentum. Identify opportunities for cost containment and continuous improvement within projects. Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, enhancing collaborative efforts towards project success. Guide and mentor junior project management staff and cross-functional team members. What You Will Bring: A University degree or equivalent experience with experience in engineering project management. Proven experience in Design, Development, Engineering, or Operations, with experiences leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.  Engine/Electric Power experience highly desirable Strong initiative, communication, and organisational skills.
